The Media-Manufaktur processes your data for contract fulfillment, customer support and if you have consented or we are legally entitled to for promotional purposes. Your data can also be forwarded to service providers for the purposes mentioned. Volume-related prices:
2 - 5 tickets: -10% discount per ticket
5 tickets and more: -15% discount per ticket

We will then send you the necessary codes to register online at the reduced rate.

Further ticket options:

A limited number of free tickets are available for companies from the automotive manufacturer and supplier sector (Tier 1). Registration is binding. You will receive a message should the allocation no longer be available.

Your ticket includes:

Cancellation

We’re sorry if your plans have changed after registering to attend the conference. However, if you can no longer attend once registered the following cancellation charges will apply:

Until January 31st, 2020 – no cancellation charge will apply
Until February 15th, 2020 – 50% cancellation charge will apply
From February 16th, 2020 – 100% cancellation charge will apply

Of course you can transfer your participation to colleagues at any time.

Alternatively, the ticket can be converted into an online ticket at no additional cost. The online ticket includes all important keynotes, access to parallel webinars of the breakout sessions, if applicable, as well as access to our event app and our event media library.

Postponement or cancellation of the event:
At present, we are assuming that the event will be held according to plan, although we cannot rule out the possibility that we will have to deal with some restrictions and conditions in a positive manner, as in professional and social life. We will always adapt all necessary measures to the current situation. To this end, we are constantly re-evaluating the situation at short regular intervals and are in direct communication with the responsible authorities. We will inform you immediately about the current situation and any necessary measures in person via e-mail or via the event website.

Should we nevertheless have to postpone the event, your tickets will in any case remain valid for the new date or the event next year.

If the new date is not suitable, tickets can be transferred to colleagues free of charge or used for next year's conference.

In addition, for each participant ticket booked, you will receive a 50% voucher for another participant ticket for the new date or for next year's conference.

If you do not wish to take advantage of these offers, we will alternatively refund the full participant price under the Corona Guarantee.
