SEAT’s digital transformation in two dimensions
Dr. Sebastian Grams will describe a two-dimension compass used in SEAT as a digitalization framework to define and prioritize IT projects to generate as much impact as possible for the company.
Vita
Dr. Sebastian Grams, 40, has two degrees in Industrial Engineering and a PhD from the University of Karlsruhe. He has developed his career in the Volkswagen Group working at AUDI, where he held various positions of responsibility in areas related with information technology and technical development. Sebastian joined SEAT in 2018 as new CIO in order to boost the company’s digital transformation. Since January 2019 he is part of the SEAT:CODE Board of Directors, the SEAT’s Centre of Digital Excellence, part of the Volkswagen Group Software Development Center network.
