2019 hat sich die SEAT IT neu aufgestellt und fokussiert seitdem auf die Digitalisierung neuer Geschäftsbereiche als auch auf die Digitalisierung der Kern IT. Seit März ist Andre Radon der neue CIO und seine Mission ist klar: Digitalisierung funktioniert nur mit einer klaren Produktorientierung und dem richtigen Mindset dahinter, aber das nicht nur innerhalb der IT, sondern auch innerhalb der Geschäftsbereiche. Warum er Agilität zur Chefsache erklärt und warum eine agile Kultur für ihn der Schlüssel zu einer erfolgreichen Unternehmenstransformation ist, wird er zusammen mit Claudia Aryus – PO Agile Transformation SEAT S. A. und CUPRA vorstellen.

Zur Person:
After several years as a corporate communications specialist at BASF SE as well as within the Volkswagen Group, Claudia Aryus is now supporting SEAT S. A. and CUPRA to become a value driven company. As Product Owner Agile Transformation, she builds up the Agile Center of Excellence at SEAT IT to consequently accelerating cultural change as well as implementing agile tools and frameworks across the company. Before that, she facilitated the transformation program at AUDI IT and collected experiences as Top Management Assistant at Volkswagen Group IT.

She studied Media Management in Mittweida and holds an MBA in Communication and Leadership.

SEAT will invest 5 billion euros through to 2025 in R&D projects for vehicle development, specifically to electrify the range, and in equipment and facilities. The company aims to make Martorell a zero-carbon footprint plant by 2050.
