After several years of experiences as a communication specialist, the last three years Claudia has supported  SEAT and CUPRA to become a more agile and value driven company. As Product Owner Agile Transformation, she built up an Agile Center of Excellence at SEAT IT from scratch to consequently accelerate cultural change as well as implementing agile tools and frameworks across the company. For her, diversity in teams and a clear understanding of roles & responsibilities are success factors to effectively create sustainable products. Before that she facilitated the agile transformation at Audi IT and collected experiences as an Executive Assistant at Volkswagen Group IT. In June 2022, she joined AUDI again as part of  AUDI IT Strategy team.

She studied Media Management and hold a MBA in Communication and Leadership. Besides that, she is a mentor for female young leaders and loves surfing, freestyle cooking, as well as travelling the world.
